Please note: I only accept referrals for WA State L&I State Fund claims. If the claim begins with an S, T, or W followed by 6 numbers or 2 letters followed by 5 numbers this indicates it is a Self-Insured claim and I will not be able to accept your referral. Examples of Self-Insured claims are T123456 or SG12345.
